Ice Qube is proud to provide a global solution to our line of Hazardous Location air conditioners. Ice Qube now manufactures a brand-new line called the EX Series and is an ATEX and IECEx Hazardous Locations air conditioner that is independent agency tested for Zone 1 ATEX/IECEx Certification. The new EX Series air conditioners are designed specifically for hazardous environments, purged or non-purged enclosure systems, and comes in a 316 stainless steel cabinet.
Ice Qube recently expanded our line of Zone 1 units to add two new models. We have also added some unique design changes that allow for a smaller overall dimensions, increased efficiency, and performance. These improvements have made it possible to reduce cost while offering the same high quality products. The EX Series ranges from 4000-12000 Btu/h (1262-3815 Watts) of closed-loop cooling capacity and a mounting width of 17.3”-19.5” (439.4-495mm).
